- Period of appointment: Initial period of appointment on deputation shall be
one year which can be extended further subject to satisfactory performance. - Other conditions of service while on deputation: The terms and conditions
of service while on deputation shall be regulated in accordance with such rules and
regulations as are for the time being applicable to officers and employees of the
corresponding scale of pay of the Central Government. - The candidates who apply for the above post(s) will not be allowed to
withdraw their application(s) subsequently.

Central Pay Commission with five years regular

(iii) a post in level-11 in pay matrix of Seventh
Central Pay Commission with ten years regular
service.
(b) (i) degree in law from a recognized University;
and
(ii) experience in personnel and administrative
matters.
Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder
